Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and post it to your account.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was incorrect or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
